I am currently working with a very forward thinking and exciting organisation who are leading luxury fashion sector. They are the go to place for high end merchandise and thanks to this they would like to take on a new Service Designer to work on a range of new and exciting projects.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with a top end retailer OR experience working with a leading tech company who is more UX focused and can take a holistic approach to customer experience.

You’re going to take responsibility for driving the design of a product through processes which employ and engage the product’s users at every stage.
You will develop great relationships with partners and stakeholders allowing you to draw on a network of expertise and insight when developing our products.
You’ll be super comfortable building storyboards and user personas.
You’ll know how to map a value network or a user experience journey.
You’ll know how to segment customer groups.
